Commercial or Residential Concrete Staining:

Transform your ugly concrete to a beautiful looking concrete stained patio, pool deck, 
court yard, walkway, driveway or commercial property.

Process:

2-3 day process depending on scheduling and dry time, here are the steps involved:

1. Prepare the concrete by etching and Power washing the area.  Place and tape 
2. Plastic wrap around all area’s just outside the stain area to ensure no overspray.
3. Spray on acid stain
4. Apply Concrete Stain Sealant

Dry Time once completed is only 24 hours!

Pricing:

Just like the Epoxy, we keep our pricing simple and below our competition.

  300 – 1,000 sq ft = $2.70 per sq ft   (Minimum of 300 sq ft)
1,000 – 2,000 sq ft = $2.50 per sq ft
2,000 – 4,000 sq ft = $2.00 per sq ft
Over 4,000 sq ft – Call us for pricing – we can’t be beat!

Note: Commercial in-door projects that require grinding and Shot Blasting 

will be slightly higher – will need to come out for an estimate.

Concrete stain maintenance:
We recommend re-sealing concrete stain every 3 years to keep the concrete 
stain looking beautiful. We can either re-seal it at a minimal charge or provide 
the sealant material to the customer at cost.
